Daniel is invested in enhancing and building communities through political strategy, public relations and small business development. He has experience with political strategy in candidate and issue campaigns, non-profit project management and small business development. Daniel studied at the North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro, NC and Walden University in Minneapolis, MN. Daniel holds a Bachelors’ of Science Degree in Political Science and Public Administration with a concentration in Management. He is also a graduate of the NC Institute of Political Leadership, Spring 2012.

 

Daniel found political strategy and the love to help build communities while in college helping increase voter turnout and student awareness of key issues. Subsequently he founded the Greensboro Collegiate Coalition to support approximately 50,000 Greensboro Collegiate students of the six college/university campuses, representing 20% of the population City of Greensboro, NC. This non-partisan coalition helped students launch their issues into the forefront and increase student voices at the ballot box for local, state and federal elections. Since then, Daniel has been a part of and worked for many organizations that help build communities for a brighter future ranging from candidate and issue campaigns, non-profits management and small business development.

 

Daniel is a native of South Carolina, but has called North Carolina home for nearly ten years. Daniel is married with three children; Kaidyn, Kira and Kori. Daniel has acquired an extensive resume working in minority communities from being an National HBCU Outreach Director, from leading Statewide nonprofits for working families to consulting with small black-owned businesses and managing several candidate and issue campaigns.
